Scope of services
GreenPeak provides strategic advisory, capital structuring and transaction coordination services. It does not provide regulated investment management, brokerage or securities placement services unless conducted through appropriately authorised partners.
Jurisdiction
GreenPeak operates from Dubai, UAE. Mandates are documented under DIFC law where applicable, and capital placement is executed through regulated counterparties in the relevant jurisdiction.

This site is intended for institutional and professional counterparties only. It is not directed at retail investors.
