Contact details you submit through forms (name, firm, email), mandate information you share with us, and standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps).
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, assess mandate fit, deliver advisory services and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Storage & sharing
Data is stored on EU/UAE-based infrastructure and shared only with engaged counsel, AIFMs and counterparties strictly on a need-to-know basis under confidentiality.
